From mechanic to car salesman—and almost everything in between—Phil Tegg spent over 29 years in the automotive industry, running multiple businesses along the way. In recent years, he committed himself to personal development and building a strong foundation of property knowledge across multiple strategies. He began his formal property training journey in 2023 and is currently building a serviced accommodation portfolio in the New Forest, with plans to expand into other areas. While serviced accommodation is his current focus, Phil has completed extensive training across a wide range of property strategies, giving him a well-rounded toolbelt that he enjoys sharing with others. As co-host of Property & Poppadoms Southampton, Phil is passionate about helping people—whether they are new to property or facing new challenges—gain clarity, confidence, and direction on their journey. He believes strongly in continuous learning, strong networks, and adding value wherever possible.
