Richard has been a full time property developer for over ten years. Previously he worked in retail banking and manufacturing general management The core of his portfolio is HMOs in Bristol which he self manages. Currently he has a four unit townhouse new-build JV project and separately a seven unit apart-hotel under construction, both in the north west. He enjoys the personal and business connections made through property and is a minor petrolhead.
