Phoebe and Poppy first met while working together for a property investment firm in Leeds, both having already built careers in estate agency.
They quickly realised they shared the same values, work ethic and passion for helping vendors, along with the belief that sellers deserved more choice than simply being pushed down one route.
That shared mindset led to the launch of Heritage Property Consultants in 2025, helping sellers across the UK explore private investor, cash buyer, auction and open market routes.
Outside of work, they are rarely far away from each other anyway, so hosting Property & Poppadoms together felt like the obvious next step. Expect honest property chat, plenty of opinions and a relaxed evening where nobody takes themselves too seriously
