James has been immersed in property from a young age, supporting his father in building a buy-to-let portfolio. Over the years, he gained hands-on experience in both property maintenance and management before branching out into the rent-to-rent sector, including work in specialist supported accommodation. He later co-founded an independent estate agency, focusing on sales, lettings, and management of both residential and commercial properties. James also works as a consultant with TitleSplit.com and is currently acquiring his first major title split project—a 7-apartment conversion in partnership with a fellow investor.
