Jay Hogarty is a Commercial and Residential Property Investor and SSAS Investor with over 30 years of experience in conscious-based property investment across Edinburgh. Having housed multiple homeless families through ethical residential projects, he now focuses on commercial opportunities, including the management of CMO spaces that support local businesses and community growth. Ellie Hogarty is Jay's daughter, and has been on the property journey with Jay for the last 20 years. Ellie runs her own business supporting busy lawyers and property investors with their admin, and works closely with Jay on the family business and assists with the family SSAS.
