Angus Griffin is an experienced investor who has been in property since 2005. He has built a large portfolio of buy to lets, HMOs, serviced accommodation and social housing across the country totalling in excess of 100 units. In addition, Angus regularly flips properties, and has also developed in niche in adding value through rectifying short or defective leases. He has mentored hundreds of property investors, both privately and for large property education organisations. He has also regularly featured in industry press, including the NRLA and Property Hub magazines. Prior to going full time in property, Angus was a financial services litigation lawyer for 13 years at both Magic Circle law firms and as in house counsel. He is an expert deal maker and a trained negotiator, and has worked on some of the most complex financial disputes in modern history, including the collapse of RBS in 2009.
