Angela Parr

Angela, a distinguished qualified Chartered Accountant, has enjoyed a successful career as Director and CFO across Renewable Power, Manufacturing, and Automotive industries. Alongside this, she ventured into the realm of Property Purchase Rental and Management, setting up a Management business in Harrogate and Ripon with her former husband. Over the past 33 years, Angela has demonstrated her flair for property as she flipped homes, refurbished apartments, and relocated from Yorkshire to Lincolnshire to undertake a self-build barn conversion. During the COVID pandemic, she sold the barn conversion and privately purchased the Architects Home studio next door. By ingeniously splitting titles of the Home Studio and her original garden upon sale, she designed and extended the studio into a self-build house with a Net Zero Carbon footprint, and where she now resides with her cherished 13-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer, Otto. Angela is now eager to concentrate on and expand the portfolio of 5 Buy-To-Let properties, shared with her sister Deborah, with the aim of generating sustainable future cash flow through BRR, Quality HMO, and SA for Hall & Parr Property Ltd (Deborah Hall & Angela Parr). Both sisters have now exited the commercial and financial rat race and are now focused on this exciting new chapter together.
