Gerard Smith & Lucy Reah

Gerard Davis is a solicitor and the Business Development Manager for Talbots Law Solicitors, as well as the director of McCutchion Davis Properties Limited, a property investment company based in Coventry. With a legal career spanning over two decades, Gerard has also been actively investing in property since 2004. His extensive experience covers a wide range of property types, from single Buy-to-Let properties to HMOs (Houses in Multiple Occupation) and Serviced Accommodation. More recently, he has expanded his portfolio by purchasing blocks of flats. Gerard’s in-depth knowledge of property investment and legal frameworks allows him to offer valuable insights and strategic advice to his clients in both sectors.
