Kim Raines is an accomplished and driven property manager, who has been investing in the Hull area since 2008. Initially focusing on HMO investments, she then started to undertake refurbishment projects utilising local contractors.

She now looks to help others manage their Lettings portfolios in the Hull area through her Letting Agency. She also works with Realm47 to help other investors find great investment opportunities.
