As Founder and Managing Director of Moneyrow Properties, Umesh offers a hassle-free, end-to-end service that helps clients build profitable portfolios in the thriving Midlands property market. His team handles everything—from sourcing and refurbishing to renting and managing HMO and Buy-to-Let properties.

A finalist in multiple awards, Umesh is also a founding member of the Property Entrepreneur Mastermind 2023, host of Property & Poppadoms, and part of Matt Baker’s HMO Platform mastermind.

Fun fact: Umesh made his first property investment in Toronto using his student loan, determination, and support from private lenders.

Des Taylor

Des Taylor is a leading expert in housing law, specialising in defending landlords and educating them on their legal rights and responsibilities. With deep knowledge of the Housing Act 2004 and HMO regulations, Des is a trusted advisor to landlords across the UK.

He is the Co-founder and Casework Director at Landlord Licensing & Defence, where he helps landlords navigate legal complexities, from HMO licensing and compliance audits to defending against civil penalties and rent repayment orders.

Des is also a passionate educator, delivering workshops, seminars, and consultations to help landlords stay compliant and avoid costly mistakes.

With years of hands-on experience, Des is a sought-after speaker and consultant, known for his practical advice and landlord-first approach.
